WHY WE STARTED
I didn't grow up with yerba mate. Travelling through South America, I watched it shared all day between friends, and I wanted to understand it better. I'm not here to change how mate is drunk. That already works, and it belongs to the people who've kept it.
Our drinks are a new take, not the traditional way, and I'm excited for you to try them. We'll keep building BORIA with care, in the drinks, the space and the feeling of being here.
