These terms cover your use of boriacafe.com. They are not a ticket, reservation, or sale of food or drink. The café is not yet open.
The site
We publish the house story, the current menu of expressions, and appearance news. Details can change. Allergens and preparation may vary by service; tell us about allergies before ordering when we are open.
The list
If you join the email list, you agree to receive occasional launch and appearance notes, and you confirm you have read the Privacy Policy. You can leave at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the JOIN form, probe the service, or attempt to collect other people’s addresses. We may ignore or block abusive requests.
Intellectual property
The BORIA name, mark, writing, and images on this site belong to BORIA unless we say otherwise. You may not copy the brand for your own commercial use.
No warranties
The site is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free pages, or that a future café visit is guaranteed by joining the list.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by California law, BORIA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the email list. Some rights cannot be waived.
Governing law
California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court cannot enforce one part, the rest still applies.
